To Whom It May Concern:

Please accept our appreciation for the outstanding professionalism and confidence displayed by Angie Picklesimer in the selling of our home located at 3440 E Birch Grove St in Terre Haute, IN. Angie sold our home in approximately two weeks. She was always very attentive to our needs and was prompt in answering questions. Angie made us feel comfortable throughout the selling process. We never felt like a bother to her no matter when we called. She was always very nice and respectful to both us the seller and also the buyer. She is very knowledgeable in real estate and is very aware of the competition. During the first visit with her she made sure to fully explain what to expect from he. Angie also gave us a booklet of costs associated with a realtor so we better understood where the commission money was going. In this booklet it also displayed different homes for sale and that have sold in the same price range as our home. It was very helpful to know what we were up against.

Our overall experience in the selling of our home was positive and we would highly recommend Angie Picklesimer.
